Dermal fillers are injectable hyaluronic acid gels that restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. Common treatment areas include cheeks, lips, smile lines (nasolabial folds), jawline, under-eyes (tear trough), and temples. Note: ReDerm does not perform filler injections in the nose.
We carry Juvederm (USA, approximately 2 years longevity), Restylane (Sweden, 6–18 months), Aqualuna (6–12 months), and Biohyalux (6–12 months). Each brand has different properties suited to different areas and goals. The doctor will recommend the most appropriate brand and formulation during consultation.
Not when done correctly and conservatively. At ReDerm, the doctor always recommends the minimum amount needed and reviews at 4–6 weeks before considering any additions. We focus on natural-looking, refreshed results. If you are worried about the 'done' look, we also offer HArmonyCA (a hybrid injectable) and collagen biostimulators that give rejuvenation without traditional filler volume.

Yes — hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Aqualuna, Biohyalux) can be dissolved using hyaluronidase if needed. This is one of the key safety advantages of HA-based fillers. If you have concerns about existing filler, please book a consultation and the doctor will assess in person.
Some mild swelling and redness is common for 24–72 hours, particularly around the lips and under-eyes. Minor bruising may occur and typically fades within 3–7 days. Most patients are comfortable returning to normal activities the same day or the next morning.
Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours. Avoid alcohol for 1 week. Avoid raw and fermented seafood for 1 week. Avoid hot baths, saunas, and steam for 48 hours. No facial massages or dental treatments for 2 weeks. Sleep on your back if possible for the first night. Apply SPF 50+ sunscreen daily.
Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours before your appointment. If possible, avoid blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E, aspirin) for a few days beforehand, as these increase bruising risk. Arrive with a clean face. Inform the doctor of all medications, allergies, and any previous filler treatments.
No — ReDerm does not perform filler injections for the nose. For nose enhancement, we offer nose threadlift with Dr First (Dr. Sawangwarach Piyapaisarn), which provides natural-looking definition and lift.
Fillers are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active skin infections at the treatment site, with known allergy to hyaluronic acid, or for patients on blood thinners without medical guidance. The doctor will assess during consultation.
