We are on Level 2 of JLK Tower, 129 Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok 10110. We are directly connected to BTS Nana Station via a covered skybridge — you can see us from the bridge. By Grab or taxi, drop off at CPS Coffee JLK Tower and take the escalator to Level 2. We are opposite Buddha Massage.
We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Bangkok time, GMT+7). The last appointment slot is at 6:30 PM. For public holidays or special closures, please check our Google profile or contact us via WhatsApp.
Yes — all consultations at ReDerm are conducted in English as standard. Our full team is English-speaking and experienced with international patients.
Yes. All treatments at ReDerm comply with Thai FDA regulations. Our Clinic Authorization Number is 10101024268. We only use Thai FDA-approved products from authorised distributors.

Absolutely. ReDerm is Singaporean-owned and designed to be foreigner-friendly. We welcome patients from Singapore, Malaysia, and around the world. All consultations are in English. We are just a 2-hour flight from Singapore and directly connected to BTS Nana.
Yes — provided you choose a licensed clinic using Thai FDA-approved products and qualified doctors. At ReDerm, all treatments are doctor-led, all products are Thai FDA-compliant, and we follow strict clinical protocols. We are transparent about everything we use.
Consultations and Bookings
You can book via WhatsApp (+65 8855 5000), LINE (@rederm), or Instagram DM (@rederm.co). Share your preferred date, time, and the treatment you are interested in — or simply say you would like a consultation and we will guide you from there.
Yes — consultation is completely free of charge. The doctor will assess your skin, discuss your concerns, and make personalised recommendations. You only pay for the treatment you decide to proceed with. There is no pressure to book.
The doctor will assess your skin in person, discuss your concerns, and present a full treatment recommendation. We encourage you to listen to the full recommendation before deciding. You then choose which treatments you are comfortable proceeding with. The doctor will manage your expectations for the treatments you select.
Please bring a valid photo ID — passport, NRIC, or equivalent. A clear photo of your ID on your phone is acceptable, as long as it shows your full name, ID number, date of birth, and issuing country. This is a clinic requirement as the doctor will be giving medical advice.
The minimum age for treatments at ReDerm is 18 years old.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and ensure the doctor is available — especially if you are travelling. Message us on the day and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes. Please share each person's name, preferred date and time, and treatments of interest when booking. The doctor will see each patient individually.
We recommend booking a few days ahead for general visits. If you are travelling from outside Bangkok, book as soon as your itinerary is confirmed — slots fill quickly around popular travel dates.
Yes — just let us know when you arrive or message us ahead of time. We will update your notes for the doctor and do our best to accommodate.
Pricing and Payment
Our full price list, including current promotions, is available at www.rederm.co/pricelist. We believe in full price transparency — no hidden charges.
We accept foreign credit cards (Visa, Mastercard — please bring your physical card as some banks require it to be inserted), PromptPay QR (THB), and PayNow or PayLah (SGD). Payment is made at the clinic after treatment.
Yes — promotional pricing is available on selected treatments and is reflected on our price list at www.rederm.co/pricelist. We update this regularly.
Yes — treatments at ReDerm are typically 50–70% more affordable than equivalent treatments in Singapore, using the same internationally certified brands and the same standard of care. We are Singaporean-owned, which means you get familiar standards at Bangkok prices.
Treatments - General
Most treatments at ReDerm are well-tolerated. Numbing cream is applied free of charge before all injectable treatments. For more sensitive treatments, we also offer Penthrox pain relief inhaler and lidocaine nerve blocks at no extra charge. Your comfort is our priority.
Treatment times vary: consultation 15 minutes, numbing cream 20–40 minutes (applied after you decide to proceed), injectables 15–20 minutes per treatment, energy-based devices 30–40 minutes, IV drip 30–45 minutes, Phototherapy Facial 10 minutes. For combined treatments, allow 60–90 minutes for your first visit.
Most treatments at ReDerm have minimal downtime. Energy-based devices (Oligio RF, LinearZ) and injectables allow most patients to return to normal activities the same day. Pico Laser fractional mode involves 3–5 days of redness. The doctor will advise on expected downtime for your specific treatment.
Yes — many patients combine treatments in a single session. Popular combinations include LinearZ HIFU and Oligio RF for lift and tightening, or Botox and fillers for expression lines and volume. Let us know what you are planning when you book and we will coordinate the session.
We are unable to proceed with most aesthetic treatments — including Botox, fillers, skin boosters, energy devices, laser, and IV drips — during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please let us know when booking. We are happy to plan your treatments for when the time is right.
