While we try our best to accommodate same day appointments, we recommend booking in at least a few days in advance. If you are travelling from out of Bangkok, we recommend booking in as soon as your itinerary has been confirmed.

Yes, we’re here to help! We can book you in for a consultation only which usually takes 30 minutes. You may even send a whatsapp message with your questions and we will try our best to give you some clarity to make an informed decision.
Yes, we will arrange the procedure with the same doctor, subject to his/her availability.
Yes, consultations will be done in English.

Appointment times are dependent on the procedure booked. When you are making your appointment, we will advise you on the duration accordingly.
Yes, you can. Please let us know when you are making your appointment and we can advise you how much travelling time you need to allocate to your next appointment or the airport.
It is best to get in touch with us when you know you are getting delayed so we can best accommodate you upon arrival.

We have a minimum age of 18 for treatments at ReDerm Clinic.
Our prices are listed on our website to give you an idea of the price you can expect. During the consultation, the doctor will make recommendations but we will only proceed with the treatment(s) that you are comfortable with.
We accept all major credit cards, promptpay and paynow.
We will check in with you via WhatsApp or your preferred communication channel 2 weeks after your appointment. Should you require speaking with your doctor, we will arrange an online video followup.
We are linked via skybridge to BTS Nana station on the Sukhumvit Line. If you are travelling via car, we are located along Sukhumvit road, off Soi 7 with a sheltered drop-off at the roundabout.
