At ReDerm Clinic, our fat dissolving injection formula includes Deoxycholic Acid (DCA), which is a naturally occurring enzyme in the human body. DCA helps break down and absorb dietary fats. 

 

When injected to localised fat deposits, it aids in permanently destroying fat cells that are resistant to diet and exercise, in turn, reducing overall volume in the area of concern. The cells will be naturally eliminated through our lymphatic system.

  • Yes. Our MesoFat treatments uses Neobella. It is manufactured in a KFDA-approved facility and has been shown to be safe and effective in reducing subcutaneous fat. Neobella is also approved by the Thai FDA for use in Thailand. At ReDerm Clinic, treatments are performed by trained professionals following strict safety protocols.

  • Most clients need 2 to 3 sessions if relying on Fat Dissolving Injections alone for volume reduction. 

    The exact number depends on the treatment area, fat volume, and your desired results. We'll create a custom plan during your consultation.

    You may combine Fat Dissolving Injections together with LinearZ Hifu and botox treatments for total volume reduction.

  • Results can begin to show within 2–4 weeks of your first session. As the body gradually flushes out fat cells, improvements become more noticeable after each treatment.

  • Downtime is minimal. You may experience:

    • Swelling for 2–5 days (especially in the chin)

    • Mild redness or tenderness

    • Occasional bruising

    • Most clients return to normal activities right away.

  • Yes – once fat cells are destroyed and removed, they do not return. However, new fat can accumulate with significant weight gain, so maintaining a balanced lifestyle is key to lasting results.

  • MesoFAT is perfect for individuals who:

  • You may not be suitable for Neobella if you:

    • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.

    • Refrain from vigorous exercise for 24 hours.
